David is a seasoned professional joining as a Senior B2B Strategic Partnership Consultant with extensive experience.

In addition to joining Exemplar as a Senior B2B Strategic Partnership Consultant, David Loughran is the Founder/CEO of Quantum Partners (www.qpionline.com). Quantum Partners advises CEOs on the best ways to finance growth. Prior business experience includes serving as the CEO of two e-learning companies, Treasurer-of a major hospital system, VP Finance of a nationwide land development company, Executive Consultant-to a nationwide homebuilding company, VP of Finance of an e-discovery company, CFO of a global management consulting firm, and Chairman-of a non-profit orchestra. Loughran also served as a Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender with several major US banks. Credit facilities included revolving lines of credit and term loans to finance working capital, equipment purchases, organic growth, acquisitions, recapitalizations and owner liquidity events. He’s been involved in numerous industries, including government contracting, technology, and business services. He is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, BS in Economics, and a former Marine Corps Officer.
