What’s On Your Plate This Month?

In April 2021, all planets are in direct motion (until 4/28/21), which is to say that we have all our oars in the water and the wind is at our backs. We’re striding each day into new territory and meeting new experiences, not rehashing the old, revisiting previous dramas or reliving the past. In February we saw an intense collection of planetary bodies in Aquarius (7 or more, depending on how you count them). March included a small cluster of planets in Pisces, and a remarkably potent Venus Star Point that conjuncted Chiron, the Wounded Healer.

This month we have six (6) planets congregating in Taurus, many of them squaring Saturn (as they sidle up to Uranus, which is in the midst of a lengthy Saturnian-square period), sextiling Mars and the North Node, and sextiling Jupiter and Pluto. Additionally, we’ll see an auspicious New Moon in Aries, a wonderful Mars-Jupiter trine, a Mercury cazimi (“at the throne of the Sun”), and the wealth Goddess’ return to her kingdom of love and delights. We’ll also see a Full Moon in Scorpio and observe Pluto come to a standstill before he reverses course. Altogether, this means we have many excellent opportunities for success and advances in business, career and finance, but there are some turbulent areas as well. Innovation and invention and rebellion (the good kind, hopefully) are to be expected. Act strategically and stay alert to the astro-weather!
